Two Months Old
Arya went in for her two month visit, she is now 10 pounds 15 ounces and 24 inches long. I cannot believe how she has grown and so fast. What a little miracle she is!

Today I am saying goodbye to a piece of my heart. Yesterday Mat and I found that our dog Jake will not live through the weekend. A few months ago he tore his nail bed while running. Since then it got infected causing an autoimmune disease and decrease in his platelets. This heart wrenching news has been killing me inside. Everytime I look at him I start crying wishing I could reverse this terrible news. But, in time our hearts will heal and the pain will ease, till then goodbye to the best dog, friend and family.
